I. For the products (namely ※Guangya§ brand aluminum alloy profile) in the bidding document, it shall comply with GB5237.1~5237.6求求2004 standard in chemical composition, mechanical performance and surface treatment performance. | |

II. For the products (namely ※Guangya§ brand aluminum alloy profile) in the bidding document, it shall comply with the requirements of drawings confirmed by both sides in size tolerance. In case of no specific requirement for some items, the high grade of GB5237.1求2004 standard shall be implemented. | |

III. For the products (namely ※Guangya§ brand aluminum alloy profile) in the bidding document, it shall comply with GB5237.1~5237.6求求2004 standard in external appearance. | |

IV. The packaging shall be resistant against rain, moisture and scratching. Normal packaging will be adopted in our plant. | |

V. All the aluminum alloy profiles are the products of ※Inspection-free Product in Quality§ and ※Name Brand of China§ awarded by General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of China. | |

VI. If our side fails to implement the obligations specified in the contract after we win the bidding, the national law on contract shall be implemented. This guarantee has the equal effect as the contract. | |
