| Guangya Aluminum Co., Ltd. has been sticking to the purpose of ¡°Quality is life and reputation is fundamentality¡± and attaching importance to product quality. Since establishment, it has been setting up perfect quality management system on basis of ISO9002, combining features of the industry, working out three class documents in conformity with enterprise features, establishing integral quality management framework, decomposing the quality duties to every level for exact implementation from the representative of the manager to the workers in root level with clearly specified responsibilities. Special quality monitoring authorities Quality Inspection Department and Inspection Centre have been set up for constant improvement of quality system and implementation of quality supervision regulation so as to perform full-range monitoring and supervision and ensure the validity of quality system and 100% conformity of product quality. |

II. Certification of quality guarantee system
On Sep. 22, 1997, it won ISO9002 quality system certification and the quality system is applicable for processing of aluminum alloy building profile. On Sep. 18 of the same year, it won Product Quality Mark Certification.
On Oct. 25, 2000, it won expiration exchange certificate of quality system certification.
On Nov. 12, 2002, the quality system won ISO 9001:2000 standard certification and the quality system is applicable for production of aluminum alloy building profile (anodized coloring profile, electrophoresis coated profile, powder sprayed profile, fluorocarbon sprayed profile).
On Nov. 13 of the same year, the following products have won Product Quality Mark Certification: Aluminum alloy building profile (6003 T5 anodizing AA10 grade, electrophoresis coating B grade and powder sprayed profile).
On Apr. 8, 2003, it passed through yearly supervision review of ISO 9001:2000 quality system, which is applicable for production of aluminum alloy building profile; Besides, 6003 T5 anodizing AA10 grade, electrophoresis coating B grade, powder sprayed profile and fluorocarbon sprayed profile also passed through yearly supervision and re-inspection of Product Quality Mark Certification.
In Apr. 2003, it passed through the inspection of international standards adopted by Standardization Administration of China and Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Guangdong Province. In May, it won certificated of accreditation for adopting standard product.
In Jan. 2004, Guangya brand aluminum alloy building profile was awarded as national inspection-free product by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China. In Dec. 2006, it passed through re-inspection.
On Mar. 12, 2007, Guangya Aluminum Inspection Centre has passed through the site verification by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment with satisfactory result. Guangya Aluminum Inspection Centre is expected to win formal CNAL accreditation certificate issued by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment by early June.
On May 21, 2007, the aluminum alloy energy-saving window of Guangya Aluminum Co., Ltd. was awarded Certificate of Product Energy-saving Authentication issued by China Quality Certification Centre.
