New year’s address by general manager

    Everything takes on a new look at the beginning of a new year. First of all, I’d like to wish all the staff have a wonderful and happy new year. On this occasion of coming festival, I would like, on behalf of Guangya Aluminum Col, Ltd., to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the staff and workers who have made outstanding contributions to the development of Guangya.

    Since 1996 up to now, Guangya Aluminum has traversed a development course of ten years. The 10 years are both decade of all the Guangya people in concerted efforts and blazing new trails also decade of Guangya Aluminum in foundation laying and leap-forward development. Within the ten years, Guangya Aluminum Co., Ltd. has taken an initial shape from growing out of nothing and expanding from a small to a large force. From a unknown brand and China’s name brand, from “being specialized and perfect” to “being big and strong”, Guangya Aluminum has realized historic transformation of leap-forward development. Today’s achievements won within ten years by Guangya are reflected by painstaking efforts of Guangya people.

    Along with completion of new factory area, operation of newly added equipment and continuous introduction of various talents, the hardware and software environment has been greatly improved. 2007 will be a critical period in development course of Guangya. We have been in an unprecedented reform period with coexistence of opportunity and challenge, difficulty and hope. In the coming new year, we will continuously stick to the corporate spirit of solidarity, forging ahead, truth seeking and innovation and maintain a sustainable, stable and energetic momentum to meet new challenge.

    Along with the deepening of national system reform, transformation of market pattern and intensification of competition, every enterprise and even the whole industry is confronted with severe challenge. How to consider the situation, seek advantages and avoid disadvantages and turning negative factor into positive one is what we must consider seriously and cope correctly. As a principal, I have full confidence and resolution to forge ahead with all the employees together in the coming new year and endeavor to finish the development objective set by the directorate in a satisfactory way.
